Comprehensive consideration of domestic and foreign pump and valve industry development trends, demand forecasting and technology research and judgment, combined with the reality of Wenzhou, the "development plan" proposed to implement strong base, strong chain, chain complement, chain extension, chain, focus on the development of three segments and characteristic products, that is, focus on the development of EPC suppliers, industrial simulation software, intelligent control system as the focus of the system process equipment; Focus on petrochemical, nuclear energy, new energy vehicles, Marine equipment, semiconductors, life and health and other fields to create key products of pump valves; Focusing on high-performance seals, valve supporting actuators, precision forging and casting parts, new materials for pump and valve, intelligent valve manufacturing equipment, valve repair and remanufacturing, the development of chain extension products.

In terms of spatial layout, the "Development Plan" proposes to vigorously implement the development strategy along the river in Yongjia Area, vigorously implement the coastal expansion strategy in Longwan area, and strive to build a pattern of coordinated development between Yongjia area and Longwan area, integrate Ruian special pump valve and forging and casting, Cangnan instrument and meter industry, and link Lishui, Fuding, Taizhou and other related industrial clusters. Build a state-level advanced manufacturing cluster.

At the same time, in order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the traditional pump and valve industry, create a globally competitive intelligent manufacturing base of pump and valve and a leading system process equipment industry highland in the country, The "Development Plan" has systematically planned eight major projects - core technology research project, strong foundation reinforcement chain stability project, enterprise echelon optimization project, manufacturing mode transformation project, quality brand upgrading project, internal and external market expansion project, high-end talent concentration project and per mu performance improvement project.

Taking the quality brand upgrading project as an example, the "Development Plan" plans to play a combination of "famous products + famous enterprises + famous industries + famous origin", to mark the international first-class pump and valve enterprises, implement the brand competitiveness improvement project, start the "product logo" regional public brand, make full use of external exhibitions, economic and trade conferences, cultural exchanges and other ways to increase brand publicity and promotion. Support "chain master" enterprises, eagle enterprises, and "hidden champions" enterprises to set up brand management centers, strengthen brand cultivation and operation, formulate brand development strategies, comprehensively use intellectual property protection means such as patents, trademarks, Copyrights, and quality marks, improve brand cultivation service systems, and strengthen self-owned brand publicity.
