Fujian provincial key project Minmetals Smart Workshop · China (Nan 'an) high-end valve intelligent industrial park, a total investment of about 3.6 billion yuan, a total area of 636 acres, planned to be divided into two phases of development and construction, the current phase of the project 23 plants have been fully capped, the park road network and other infrastructure projects into full construction, the park investment progress completed 70%, is expected to be put into use in November.​

With the valve and fire equipment industry as the core industry, the park will build an industrial space integrating production research and development, storage, display, inspection and testing services and other multi-functions, and strive to create an industrial chain ecology to help Nan 'an become the most influential valve industry cluster.
